Jeetbajj's Terms & Conditions — Please read carefully before use

1 General Terms & Introduction

Jeetbajj (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "the company") operates an online sports betting and gaming service. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between jeetbajj and the user ("you", "member").

By visiting the jeetbajj website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. All jeetbajj services are available to users of legal age (18 and above) only. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with jeetbajj, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must reside in a country or region where online betting is not prohibited by law.
• Only one account per person is permitted — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

2.1 Registration Process

To register with jeetbajj, you will need to provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. After registration, you may be required to complete an account verification (KYC) process. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact the jeetbajj support team immediately.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Jeetbajj accepts deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3.1 Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit amount may change from time to time — the current limit will always be displayed on the platform.
• Only deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name will be accepted.
• Deposits made through third parties will be reversed and the account may be suspended.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• Jeetbajj reserves the right to place on hold or cancel withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only redeemable after wagering requirements have been met.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on jeetbajj. These rules apply across all Sports Betting markets.

4.1 Placing & Confirming Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Jeetbajj reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Odds change rapidly during live betting — the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are final.

4.2 Determination of Betting Outcomes

All betting outcomes are determined based on the official results of internationally recognized sports governing bodies. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with jeetbajj's specific policy — cancelled matches are generally refunded.

4.3 Maximum Bet & Payout Limits

Jeetbajj sets a maximum bet limit for each event and market. These limits may vary by match and market. A maximum payout cap also applies to each bet — any winnings exceeding the set limit will not be paid out.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jeetbajj regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses:

1. Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per member.
2. The applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
3. There is a set time limit to meet wagering requirements — any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
4. Bonus abuse through multiple accounts or VPN usage will result in account closure.
5. Jeetbajj reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeetbajj. Violations will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or sports fraud.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Demeaning, threatening, or harassing other members.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Jeetbajj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

8 Limitation of Liability

Jeetbajj shall not be held liable for any of the following:

• Loss of betting opportunities due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Losses caused by third-party services (payment gateways, internet service providers).
• Account information compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government orders, or similar circumstances.

Jeetbajj's total liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the value of the transaction in question.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information will never be sold to third parties. However, jeetbajj may be required to share necessary information in cases of legal obligation or upon request by a regulatory authority.

10 Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any dispute between jeetbajj and a member will first be addressed through mutual discussion. If you have a complaint, please submit it in writing to our support team — we will endeavor to respond within 72 hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, either party may refer the matter to a neutral mediator. All interpretations and dispute resolutions under these terms will be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
